For the next 30 days you will receive an email everyday outlining a Spiritual Practice for your day. Set aside 10 minutes when it suits you to do so. I recommend you do this first thing in the morning, as it will help you to start the day feeling renewed and refreshed. If this doesn’t work for you, you can slot it into whatever part of the day suits you.

You will also need to have something to write on. I like to have a beautiful journal to work with, or sometimes I like to keep everything on my tablet. Find something that says to you this is my time and it is a priority in my life.

Some of the Spiritual Practices I have created an audio recording for. These are in the form of a meditation, so it makes it a little easier for you to follow along by listening, if you wish. Where I have done these, you will also receive the written words, in case it is your preference just to read along and follow the exercise.
